Mondelez International is looking for a Night Shift Operator to independently operate and maintain equipment following autonomous maintenance standards. You will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency while driving improvements on the line and reporting losses.

Responsibilities include using standard work processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to GMP. A high school diploma is required and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment following AM/PM standards.
• Use technical skills to improve line/system performance to meet business needs.
• Adhere to safety processes and perform quality assurance activities.
• Identify and report losses in their area and equipment.
• Work on the night shift (6:00pm–6:00am).
