Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of commensurate supply chain experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications.
• Previous change management experience (driving, influencing and inspiring change through communication).
• Technology background, ability to learn new programs easily; Encompass experience would be a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to be on-call at various times. Able to work most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping Operations (Pickers) and/or Office Operations (e.g., Routers, Analysts, General Office Associates).
• Develop strategies and objectives with the Operations Manager to maximize productivity.
• Lead and solve problems; engage teams to pursue progress; delegate to meet goals.
