Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Night Warehouse Associates to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for the delivery team. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a mostly indoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using an electric pallet jack, shipping and pallet picking, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should be able to read and follow safety rules and work well under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ for eligibility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics is a plus.
• Experience using a pallet jack is desirable.
• Good reading/writing in English to interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack.
• Perform shipping and picking-to-pallet duties for orders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork consistent with company values.
• Complete other tasks as assigned and stay organized.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to interpret documents.
