Pepsi Bottling Ventures, jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Sun–Thu shift (4:30pm–3:30am) in Winston-Salem, NC. This role oversees route/transport operations, directs warehouse staff, and ensures accurate shipping, inventory, and safety processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• SAP experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, and lead direct reports in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, math skills, and data-entry/analysis ability.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends/holidays, and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily route and transport truck operations for the warehouse facility.
• Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse staff and ensure safety standards.
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation for shipments.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and housekeeping duties.
• Manage staffing levels, training, and scheduling across shifts.
