Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to supervise and provide training to direct reports.
• Must work long hours and be able to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily execution of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility.
• Provides day-to-day direction to warehouse employees and ensures staffing adequacy.
• Completes shipping and handling documentation for shipments.
• Performs inventory reconciliation and housekeeping duties.
• Oversees all warehouse operations across shifts (24/7) and safety.
• Maintains performance tracking information and supports sales department.
