Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train teams on safety, productivity and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provide innovative leadership and develop staff; coach for growth.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA/department compliance at all times.
• Promote teamwork and proactive communication across departments.
