Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Aspers, PA to lead a busy warehouse operation on the 2-2-3 rotating night shift (6:00pm–6:00am). Responsibilities include directing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance while meeting cost targets.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Warehouse or Production environment
Experience in a strong leadership role, presenting to regional leadership teams, local leadership teams, and front-line employees preferred
Experience with inventory and financial cost management systems (SAP or similar) preferred
Experience working with MHE and understanding warehouse capacity, FIFO and logistics principles
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of Occupational Safety Regulations (OSHA/FDA)

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse.
Ensure proper execution of policies for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
Conduct physical counts and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
Schedule and manage warehouse team within labor and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulatory standards.
Maintain equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks through proper inspections.
