Qualifications

• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of warehouse associates.

• Ensures inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all functions within the facility, managing the workforce for high productivity.
• Mentor team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Provide training and evaluation to equipment operators.
• Ensure employee safety and compliance with safety programs.
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate production details to leadership to ensure flow.
