Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations for a night shift in Knoxville, TN. The role oversees outbound team members to ensure on-time, high-quality pick, pack, and ship operations while maintaining safety and cost efficiency.

The position emphasizes coaching staff, monitoring metrics, and aligning operations with company goals. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience in warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma process improvement preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to relocate for future growth, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of product and motivate employees to ensure productivity and quality.
• Monitor productivity, adhere to budgetary guidelines, and meet distribution center objectives and goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Schedule the work force to ensure proper staffing for selecting, replenishing, restocking, locating and shipping merchandise efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure safety and provide a culture of continuous improvement in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain attendance/PTO records.
