Job summary

Thyssenkrupp is seeking a warehouse supervisor to coach a team, maintain safety, and drive productivity on a Sunday–Friday night shift. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Strong leadership and forklift experience are preferred.

The role requires clear communication with managers, sales staff, and warehouse personnel, plus hands-on supervision on the floor near heavy machinery. ISO and lean practices exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent for basics.
• Basic math and reading, plus computer skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and distribution goals within budget.
• Coach and supervise team on safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Perform performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure training on safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Maintain records and communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Report accidents promptly to management.
