Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kapolei, Hawaii to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and monitor staff productivity. The role reports to the Terminal Manager and covers an afternoon to evening shift, five days per week.

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to manage operations and ensure quality. The successful candidate will coach staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain safety and SOPs while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Multilingual preferred.
• One-year leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee productivity of the warehouse.
• Coach, mentor, and issue corrective action to employees.
• Communicate with operations manager and outside warehouse teams.
• Recruit and support the hiring of new warehouse employees.
• Monitor safety and security of warehouse and goods.
• Enforce SOPs for client-specific and standard receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Escort on-site clients.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and document maintenance.
• Train and evaluate warehouse team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Provide administrative support when needed.
