Job summary

Winebow seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform inbound unloading, RF-assisted receiving, and accurate stock movement within a busy warehouse in Florida. You will label and place products in correct locations using the WMS and RF devices, ensuring safety and inventory accuracy.

The role requires following picking instructions, assisting in cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area while meeting daily productivity goals and holiday hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months; certified forklift operator preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours and all posted holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move product to inventory stock locations using RF equipment.
• Transfer product from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read/apply picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders.
• Move product from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyors.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions for required quantities.
• Participate in counting physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment; report breakage immediately.
• Meet productivity and quality standards; follow safety policies.
