Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound activities in our Virginia facility. You will use RF handheld devices and WMS to receive, label, store, and stage products for outbound orders, while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout the shift.

The role requires the ability to read picking labels, perform inventory counts, and follow safety policies. Flexibility for extended hours and holiday coverage is expected in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours and all posted holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound containers and label products.
• Receive/label products via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move products to inventory stock locations using RF equipment.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions for outbound orders.
• Participate in counting of physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
