Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound operations in our Kent, WA facility. You will unload pallets, label product in the WMS, move items using RF devices, and pick orders accurately for outbound shipments.

The role requires physical stamina, basic forklift certification, and reliable teamwork. You will work Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts with possible overtime, and benefit from a comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF device.
• Move product to inventory locations with RF equipment.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations per instructions.
• Read and apply picking labels to cases for outbound orders.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions.
• Participate in physical inventory counts.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
