Job summary

Winebow is hiring a Warehouse Picker to unload inbound containers and accurately receive, label, and move stock using RF devices and WMS. You will pick outbound orders with voice-directed systems, participate in counts, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain forklift certification within six months. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and willingness to work extended hours based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move product to inventory stock locations using RF equipment.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations per labels.
• Read/apply picking labels for outbound orders.
• Move product to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations.
• Follow RF or voice pick instructions.
• Participate in counting of physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Report breakage to supervisor.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Arrive to work on time; perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
