Heidelberg Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH. You will pick orders, load delivery pallets, and organize inventory in a climate-controlled, team-focused facility.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with performance incentives offering earnings up to $30.00+ per hour. Full-time schedule runs Monday through Thursday evenings. Benefits begin after 90 days and include 401K contributions.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work flexible hours when business needs require.
• Successfully pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology.
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
