The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with performance incentives up to $30.00+ per hour; benefits after 90 days include medical/dental and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklifts and similar equipment safely.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and reliability.
• Able to work flexible hours and maintain punctuality.
• Physically able to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and stand long shifts.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology.
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety standards.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a team setting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
