Job summary

Heidelberg Distributing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Dayton, OH. You will pick, sort, and load orders for delivery, using Easy-Pick technology and safe handling practices. The role requires physical work, attention to detail, and teamwork in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with performance incentives up to $30.00+ per hour. Benefits include medical and dental coverage after 90 days and 401(k) contributions; full-time schedule Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30

Qualifications

• Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when picking orders.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pass drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology.
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment according to safety standards.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations individually and in a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
