Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector III to read or scan labels, pick correct quantities, and transport items safely through the warehouse. The role supports production lines and is structured around 12-hour shifts from 2pm to 2am on a Sun-Tue or Wed-Fri schedule.

Ideal candidates are 18+ years old, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and able to read, write, and understand English to follow work instructions and safety protocols. Company benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product, using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
