Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector III in Salt Lake City to efficiently pick and prepare orders for shipment.

The role involves reading labels, gathering items, and moving products using appropriate equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy standards. The position offers 12-hour shifts (2pm–2am, Sun-Tues or Wed-Fri) with benefits beginning after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance, plus vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay after 90

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Reads, writes, and understands English at a level sufficient for job tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product, using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
