Job summary

Performance Food Group in Shawano, WI seeks a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula. You will pick and move products between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and tuggers, to fill customer orders efficiently and safely.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday nights; training starts at $18.03 per hour, rising to about $23 per hour after training. Benefits begin Day 1, with 401(k) matching, education assistance, PTO, and growth opportunities in a stable food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly; lift up to 90 lbs.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and carts.
• Wrap and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
