Job summary

Performance Food Group in the United States seeks a Warehouse Selector to efficiently pick and move products between the loading dock and warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, place orders on pallets, and ensure accurate, timely shipment preparation.

The role requires endurance, safety awareness, and adherence to multi-temperature environment requirements. Training will cover EPJ operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime.
• Ability to lift and move 10–100 lbs regularly (location dependent).
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to pass post-offer background check.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between the loading dock and the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and related equipment.
• Place pallets and prepare orders for shipment to loading dock.
• Maintain safety and productivity while following company procedures.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
