Performance Food Group’s Performance Foodservice division seeks a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift. The role supports shipping/receiving, maintaining inventory and safety standards, and contributing to efficient distribution operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading and receiving.
• Performs general housekeeping to keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clean and safe, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks of the assigned forklift/pallet jack.
• Performs damage checks on items received and communicates with supervisor per policy.
• Removes batteries for recharging and ensures vehicle inspection is complete.
• Reviews work schedule and production paperwork and prepares for operations.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location.
