Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a division of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula. The role supports order fulfillment by selecting items from multi-level racks, moving them to the shipping dock, and ensuring accurate, timely pickups for customer orders.

Shifts include Sunday 2pm start and Monday–Friday 4pm start, with overtime as needed. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour or more, with comprehensive benefits beginning on day one, plus opportunities for growth within a

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10-35 lbs. regularly and up to approximately 60-100 lbs.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work schedule, obtains supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Performs safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
• Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
• Places pallets on pallet jack and operates along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
• Manually places the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transports completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
• Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
