Shepherd Electric Supply in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift to ensure accurate outbound shipments, proper documentation, and orderly staging. You will act as the final quality checkpoint before orders leave the dock.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with warehouse systems, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Forklift certification and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Forklift or pallet jack certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and standard computer tools (Excel, Word, email) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Pre-employment screening requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Outbound orders leave the dock accurately every shift.
• Will-call orders staged and ready before customers arrive.
• Shipping exceptions documented the same day they occur.
• Shipping area organized, hazards addressed, equipment maintained.
• Ownership of issues; resolve shortages and missing documentation.
• Support onboarding of new shipping team members and cross-train.
