Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Stockton, CA to support multiple areas including bulk/material handling, porter tasks, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping. You may be moved between roles as needed to meet business demands.

Position requires ability to operate material handling equipment, lift 70–100 lbs, and work in a fast-paced warehouse with safety as a priority. Full-time hours, pay-for-performance, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work overtime for full-time roles as needed.
• Able to lift/push/pull 70–100 lbs by hand and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) safely.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with receiving, putaway, returns, and packing as required.
• Move products within the warehouse and stack on pallets.
• Organize and stock inventory while adhering to safety procedures.
• Shift may move between six defined areas as needed.
