Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector for the Night Shift in Glen Allen, VA. The role starts at $22 per hour with potential to earn up to $37 per hour in the first year based on performance. Evening shifts are Sun–Thu, 5:30pm until finish.

You will select cases, operate pallet jacks, and help prep orders for shipment. Competitive benefits begin Day 1, including health and wellness, 401(k) matching, education assistance, PTO, and an employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–100 lbs depending on location and task.
• Comfortable working in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Able to pass post‑offer drug test and background check.
• Willing to complete EPJ certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse racks.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock using electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap and label pallets and readied shipments.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and assist team as needed.
• Perform duties as assigned to support operations.
