Martin Bros. Distributing Co., Inc. in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking motivated individuals to work as selectors in our Cedar Falls Distribution Center.

The Selector is responsible for safely and accurately picking customer orders and building pallets for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/picking roles is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety policies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using wearable technology and pick labels.
• Accurately scan barcodes/UPCs to minimize picking errors.
• Build stable pallets by stacking products in correct sequence and weight order.
• Verify quantities, rotation, and expiration dates.
• Substitute products as directed based on system instructions or supervisor guidance.
• Enter catch-weight items accurately into the system.
• Shrink-wrap and stage pallets for loading.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and company policies.
