Job summary

Performance Food Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a warehouse order picker to support daily operations in a multi-temp warehouse. You will select cases from racks, move pallets to the dock using pallet jacks, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout the shift.

Night shift Sundays through Thursdays, 6:00 PM to finish, 8- to 10-hour shifts on average. Competitive pay with Day 1 benefits, retirement options, PTO, and growth opportunities within the food distribution network.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Comfort working in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification expected within training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage systems.
• Move completed orders to loading dock, wrap and label for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks/forklifts and ensure safety standards.
• Participate in safety checks and maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
