Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill is hiring for an Order Selector I in our World Distribution Center. You will select items, stage orders, and load/unload inbound and outbound shipments.

The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift that may require rotational weekends. Candidates should have 1+ year forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year forklift experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate operational and safety information in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks and stages inventory for customer orders in a timely manner.
• Safely operates forklift throughout the warehouse.
• Keeps warehouse neat and organized.
• Escalates errors quickly to supervisor.
• Assists with inventory levels in stock bins and with putting inventory away.
