Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Electric Pallet Jack certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, obtain supplies and prepare for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and use PPE.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move items within multi-level racks.
• Select cases from racks, load pallets, and prepare for shipping.
• Transport completed orders to loading/shipping areas and assist with staging.
• Secure equipment, complete paperwork, and meet productivity/accuracy standards.
