Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification and operation experience required.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Attention to detail and strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklifts to load, unload and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Perform routine forklift checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment per order specs.
• Organize inventory locations for easy retrieval and use WMS to track stock levels.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verify contents, and prepare items for storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace and report discrepancies to leads.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure timely workflow and safety compliance.
