Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules and supervise the team.
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver strong customer service.
• Adhere to quality policies and GXO standards.
• Support the 7S program and continuous improvement actions.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and other departments.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
