Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient flow in a high-security warehouse environment. You will execute SOPs, manage discrepancies, and support purchasing and returns processing.

The role involves receiving, sorting, and stocking activities, plus coordinating with multiple departments. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years' experience are required; Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Good written communication skills required.
• 1-2 years experience recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform replenishments of product to primary picking locations.
• Flexibility to support daily operational needs as needed.
• Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility.
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
• Learn every function within the Receiving department.
• Ability to lead the team in prioritizing daily volume.
• Responsible for shipment receipt coordination and verification.
• Answering or escalating any questions or concerns regarding receipts from various departments within Cardinal via email and phone.
