Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits in Livonia, MI, seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager for the night shift at one of our depots. You will lead production and staff, coordinating with supervisors to meet goals. The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse management and WMS experience, strong safety practices, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience.
• Minimum 7 years of sorting and picking or production in a warehouse distribution center.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to be active and on your feet for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and operations and delegate daily tasks.
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports.
• Coordinate activities with assistant managers to hit goals.
• Maintain knowledge of production jobs, tasks and procedures.
• Oversee staff placement and supervision to meet production needs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across shift.
