Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective packaging, is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support production and repack operations. The role involves moving materials, reading work orders, and maintaining an orderly, safe workspace on site in a manufacturing environment.

You will handle freight with pallet jacks or forklifts, track units, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety policies. Flex hours and production-driven shift patterns may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform intense physical exertion in varied temperatures and humidity.
• Requires ability to push/pull with pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Able to work in high-temperature environments (150–170°F) for short periods (<5 minutes).
• Experience with reading and following work orders or instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock and materials to and from storage and production areas using pallet jack, forklift or similar equipment.
• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine assignments and needs.
• Record units handled using production sheets or tickets.
• Tag containers with identifying information and maintain organized work area.
• Follow safety, environmental and regulatory policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
