Job summary

Flynn is hiring a Warehouse Assistant Manager (Night Shift) for Carnegie, PA. This full-time exempt role leads warehouse operations, oversees receiving, stocking, and distribution, and drives inventory accuracy under the supervision of the Distribution Center Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching Shift Supervisors and Team Members, maintaining safety, and ensuring efficient use of forklifts and equipment while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Ability to lift 20-80 pounds.
• Ability to withstand being lifted 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management through supervision of receiving, stocking, and distribution and training of the inventory management system.
• Supervise, coach and counsel Shift Supervisors and Team Members to support the Distribution Center Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members on all shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts, stock pickers, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain warehouse and help control operating expenses.
