Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution while training staff on the inventory system. This full-time role operates on-site within a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will supervise Shift Supervisors and Team Members, ensure safe forklift operation, and contribute to cost control while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Career growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean MVR and Background Check
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Able to lift 20–80 pounds; able to work at heights up to 15 ft

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, stocking, distribution and train staff on the inventory system.
• Supervise and coach Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Communicate effectively across all shifts.
• Ensure forklift and stock picker safety and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain warehouse operations and control expenses.

Our WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS perform duties that include but are not limited to:

• Inventory management through supervision of receiving, stocking, and distribution and training of the inventory management system
• Supervise, coach and counsel Shift Supervisors and Team Members to support the Distribution Center Manager
• Communicate effectively with team members on all shifts
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts, stock pickers, and compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Maintain warehouse and help control operating expenses
