Flynn's Tire Wholesale is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead our distribution center operations. You will oversee inventory control, budgeting, and the night team, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery services while maintaining safety and cost control.

You will set goals, manage performance, and review financial metrics to drive improvements. The role requires a valid license, background checks, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds as needed, with a focus on operational excellence.

The Wholesale Nightshift Manger is responsible for inventory control, budgeting, and supervision of their team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.


• Manage the operation of the distribution center by routinely reviewing the profit and loss measurement tools and determining appropriate timely response.


• Have processes in place to manage inventory, equipment, expenses, security and financial/cash management.


• Set goals and objectives for your employees to obtain and follow up on the progress towards these goals throughout the year through performance management and review.


• Manage a consistent delivery system that meets the needs and expectations of our customers.


• Hire, schedule and oversee supervision of distribution center team.


• Perform all other duties as assigned.
