Job summary

Flynn’s of Ohio Inc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) in Carnegie, PA. You will lead a team, oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution, and ensure accurate inventory management and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes coaching and coordinating with Shift Supervisors and Team Members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards within the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds.
• Ability to lift to 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management through supervision of receiving, stocking, distribution, and training on the inventory system.
• Supervise, coach, and counsel Shift Supervisors and Team Members to support the Distribution Center Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members across all shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and stock pickers and compliance with safety/quality standards.
• Help maintain warehouse operations and control operating expenses.
