Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 5+ years of logistics, shipping, and/or receiving experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient night shift operations across warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
• Direct shipping, receiving, and packaging to meet quality, cost, and on-time goals.
• Develop, train, and coach team members to drive accountability for individual and team objectives.
• Manage employee time and attendance to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain metric tracking and reporting for shipping and receiving performance and costs.
• Ensure accuracy of raw material and finished goods inventory; oversee inventory management processes and reporting.
