Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Diego. The role involves loading and unloading tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse, using forklifts or picker equipment, and assisting with inventory control.

You will operate scanners, participate in cycle counts, and support ecomm and will call tasks. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Able to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Past drug test requirement: pre-employment, no THC/marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and stock items and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 lbs consistently and up to 80 lbs occasionally; team lifts for heavy tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet and be on your feet for long periods.
• Onboard and train new hires; support leaders in guiding team members through tasks.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and manage inventory adjustments, returns, shortages.
• Support ecomm and will call processes as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
