Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Redlands, CA to load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate equipment, assist with inventory control, and train new hires while contributing to a safety-first culture. Qualifications include 18+ years old, forklift certification, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, push up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pre-employment drug test completion.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or equipment for tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Be on the move on your feet for extended periods; overtime as needed.
• Support safety policies and on-the-job training for new hires.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts and returns.
