Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is hiring for a warehouse associate to load/unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced setting. You will operate forklifts or picker equipment, use scanners for inventory, and assist with stock control.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts or equipment for heavier tires, plus potential overtime and occasional cross-department support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aid for heavy tires
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed
• Contribute to a culture of safety and follow safety procedures
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed
• Duties may include other job-related tasks as directed by supervisor
