Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a Warehouse Associate to load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You’ll operate forklifts or picker equipment, use scanners and assist with inventory control.

The role requires safety-focused teamwork, the ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and overtime as needed. You’ll be part of a growing logistics team with competitive wages, weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts or equipment for heavy tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be on the move on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and comply with policies and procedures.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
