Imperial Brady in Lithia Springs, GA, seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise distribution operations on a steady night shift (6:00pm–2:30am). You will train staff, audit loads, ensure safety, and support supervisors with desk coverage and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process.
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues.
• Audit pallets and work.
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries.
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files.
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
