CheckSammy Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Team Lead in Nevada to oversee warehouse operations, drive productivity, and ensure safety standards. You will manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with logistics, and continuous process improvements, with a focus on on-site night shift operations in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Past leadership experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Experience with WMS and inventory systems is essential.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are necessary.

Mansioni

• Supervise warehouse associates and maintain KPIs.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service.
