Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in warehousing or distribution centers.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment with current certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of material handlers.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, storing, picking, packing and shipping of medical products.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through scanning, documentation and cycle counting.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety policies.
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.
