Job summary

Cardinal Health in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the night shift to supervise and coach a team of 10-15 associates. You will train staff, monitor safety and productivity, and coordinate daily inbound/outbound work, including receiving, packing, and staging operations.

The role requires strong communication, prior WMS experience, and the ability to operate PIT equipment. Shift hours are 7:00pm–5:30am (Sun-Mon) and 9:00pm–5:30am (Tue-Thu), with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel knowledge preferred.
• Great communication skills; bi-lingual is a plus.
• Prior knowledge working with a WMS system.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred).
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 Warehouse Associates.
• Train new employees on procedures.
• Measure safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping and inventory control per procedures.
• Support DC staff in all functions, including unloading trucks and stocking freight.
• Lead team meetings and address issues.
• Work in production as needed using order picker, forklift or similar devices.
