Job summary

Cardinal Health in Piedmont, SC is hiring for a Night Shift Warehouse Worker. You'll perform picking, loading, and material handling in a fast-paced distribution center, using WMS and various equipment to move products efficiently.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners or voice-picking systems, and adapt to overtime and a night schedule (Sun-Mon 7:00pm–5:30am, Tue-Thu 9:00pm–5:30am).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the shift.
• Comfort with heights 20–30 feet regularly.
• Overtime with little notice may be required.
• Experience with RF scanners and voice-picking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking large cases or small units and placing on carts.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects.
• Using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, cherry picker).
• Loading trucks as needed.
• Attend associate meetings and raise concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and site safety regulations.
